Rhythm of the Heart

This vinyasa masterclass will be a 2-hour yoga and music celebration, diving into the source of joy and Love inside. Together we will meditate on the rhythm of the heart that moves the body first and the mind second, dropping into an unbroken flow of bliss and connecting to the most sensual and supreme romance alive within our cells.

This practice is an ode to existence, a passionate exaltation of embodied appreciation through a creative spine-rising, heart-flowering vinyasa yoga flow, paired with ecstatic musical expression.

Bathe in You

This session will be a 2-hour Body Poetry Yin Yoga masterclass, paired with a transcendental live sound journey of voice and guitar. Together, we will strip away layers of stress, muscle clench and coping, to reveal your deeper nature, and reclaim the innate healing intelligence our body holds.

This will be a full body and soul massage incorporating long passive holds, meditative inquiry, poetic visualization and powerful sonic acupuncture.
